Hello friends.

I think I’ve typed, backspaced, and re-typed this opening sentence about 5 times…because I don’t know where to begin and my heart is in a whirlwind of fullness and change.  I’ll save you all the tedious details and cut to the chase: I moved to beautiful, sunny, southern California.  I know.  I can barely believe it myself.  It’s really quite amazing how things and plans can change so quickly.  In fact, 2 months ago, the idea of living in SoCal was a distant thought, one of those bucket-list kind of dreams that you wonder if it will ever actually happen.  And yet, here I am, and wow.  I know that God has been guiding and leading me and I am excited and astonished that I’m here.  It’s all still a bit new and I’m adjusting and adapting, but I’m thrilled to discover what all God’s got in store out here on the west coast.

And now…I think I’ll go to the beach, just because I can.
